A discussion and vote was held regarding doing paper tournaments through the spawn period. A lively discussion ensued and ultimately the vote came out as 2 in favor, remainder opposed.

Vote was 7 against, and 11 in favor of this format.
In conjunction with the previous vote it was discussed about alternating the 2-day tournament waters. It was decided that we would fish the same body of water for 2 consecutive years (1 Labor Day / 1 late June) then fish another water body the following 2 years. The vote was 12 in favor of this idea with 2 opposed.
